Favale Health CRM

Favale and PinkFit share trainers, students and a busy sales operation. The goal was to bring leads, scheduling, billing and customer service into a single system the team opens in the morning and uses all day.

I built the CRM in Next.js, with Go services for what runs in the background: scheduled jobs, recurring classes and a queue for bulk WhatsApp broadcasts. Leads from both brands enter the same funnel, every student has a billing and service history, and the calendar matches trainer availability with services and locations.

The system also talks to everything around it: course sales on Eduzz, conversions sent to Meta, NPS surveys and invoice emails. On top of it all, an MCP server lets an AI assistant query schedule, revenue and funnel in plain language, with phone numbers, documents and health data kept out of its reach.
